1Use of the Site
The Site is provided for general informational purposes about Studio B LLC and its services. You may view, download, and print pages from the Site for your own personal or internal business reference.
You agree not to use the Site to: violate any applicable law or regulation; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system; interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including through automated scraping that imposes an unreasonable load; introduce malicious code; or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

Any engagement of Studio B LLC for design, development, or related services is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, and the terms of that agreement control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.
4Our Applications
Mobile applications published by Studio B LLC are governed by their own end user license agreement and terms, provided with the application and on its app store listing. These Terms apply to the Site only and do not govern your use of any Studio B application.
5Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources, including app store listings. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, products, or practices of any third-party site, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
6Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUDIO B LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
